Who is richey sweet treats?
Hello there! My name is Gabby: I am the owner and baking mastermind behind Richey Sweet Treats. Not only am I addicted to making all kinds of different and original confections, but I'm also the wife to my wonderful husband Alex Richey, who occasionally assists me in the kitchen. I also happen to be a mother to three amazing children.
where it all began...
I guess I can blame my love for the kitchen on my mother. She has always had a knack for all things cooking. She could literally throw things together, unmeasured (I know, rebel), without following a recipe and it ALWAYS turned out amazing. Growing up though, I always had a sweet tooth (blame my dad for that one). It really started with cookies. I loved making peanut butter cookies - Simple ingredients and we always had a jar of peanut butter.
Years down the road I'm pregnant and making homemade labor cookies but then a few people (non-preggies) decide to try them as well. Soon enough I'm making even more labor cookies and my black magic chocolate cake at every event or family function!
As more years go by, I found myself constantly learning new baking methods and concocting new recipes, I decided to start my own small business that you now know as Richey Sweet Treats.

I know its probably cliche, but my treats are made with 100% love.
I really put all my effort into my treats to not only meet your expectations but to go above and beyond to exceed my own. Everything I do is made to order and fresh!
